The PRINCE2 (7th edition) foundation course, teaches learners the PRINCE2 methodology, which is made up of seven Principles, Themes and Processes. The Principles represent the ‘why’, the Themes represent the ‘what’, and the Processes represent the ‘how’ of project management. Together these methodologies will provide learners with a clear path to ensure project management success.

Completing this qualification will allow learners to benefit from a qualification recognised worldwide. It will boost their confidence in managing projects and improve their employability and career prospects.

The PRINCE2 Foundation certification training will teach learners the terminology and principles required to become an informed member of a project management team. The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is recommended to individuals who are looking to gain first-class project management skills and improve their employment prospects and would suit those looking to go on to the PRINCE2 Practitioner level.

Upon successful completion of the PRINCE2 Foundation course and passing the PRINCE2 Foundation exam, learners can start working in entry-level Project Management job roles, such as:

  • Project Administrator
  • Project Management Analyst
