AgilePM introduces the DSDM Agile Project Management framework, a pragmatic and repeatable methodology. This course explains how to prepare for and run an agile project, highlighting documentation, techniques, roles and r sponsibilities recommended within the framework.

AgilePM® training will enable you to make your projects more productive through an “agile” approach, making it easier to change the scope as the project lifecycle continues. This Agile Project Management course is ideal for both experienced Project Managers who want to train in Agile disciplines, as well as for new Project Managers, who wish to gain a globally recognised qualification.

Programme Description

Learner must reside legally in Wales and be aged 19 years old or over.

In addition, individuals must be:

  • employed (including Agency and Zero-hours contracts) or

  • self-employed or

  • full-time carers (incl. non-paid)

  • their annual basic salary does not go over £32,371

The Agile approach to managing requirements;

The underpinning philosophy and principles of AgilePM;

The roles and responsibilities and how to assign them within an Agile project;

How to identify and apply popular Agile techniques in a project situation, including MoSCoW prioritisation, iterative development and timeboxing;

The mechanisms for governance and control of an Agile project;

How to test, estimate and measure progress of an Agile project’
