Level 1 - Introductory Level (No GCSEs Required)

Level 2 - Craft Route (4 GCSEs Required at Grade D)

    • Level 2 Welding & Fabrication (C&G 2850 L2)
    • Level 2 General Engineering (C&G 2850 L2)
  • Progression Options:
    • Welding & Fabrication Path:
      • Level 3 Welding & Fabrication (C&G 2850 L3)
      • Level 3 Welding Apprenticeship (NVQ L3/EAL L3)

Level 3 - Academic Route (Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C Including Maths/English)

    • Level 3 Yr 1 Sub Diploma General Engineering (EAL L3 Sub Dip & Skills)
    • 3 A Levels in Maths, Sciences & Computing (Alternative pure academic route)

    • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Path:
      • Level 3 Ext Dip Yr 2 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (EAL L3 Ext Dip)
      • Level 3 TED Yr 2 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (EAL L3 Tech Ext Dip)
      • Level 4 HNC PT or FT - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC)
      • Level 5 HNDPT or FT Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HND)
      • Degree Apprenticeship - 5 Yr PT Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BSc or BEng)
      • University Degree - 3 Yrs BSc or BEng
