Apprenticeship in Veterinary Nursing (Apprenticeship Course)

  • Pibwrlwyd Campus
Varies by level

This apprenticeship offers a structured pathway for individuals seeking a career in veterinary care. At the foundation level, learners develop fundamental skills in animal handling, care, and administrative duties within a veterinary environment. Successful completion equips them for roles as veterinary care assistants or further education. At the advanced level, apprentices already working in an approved veterinary training practice enhance their skills in small animal nursing. Completion of the programme enables apprentices to join the Register of Veterinary Nurses and pursue higher education opportunities or advanced qualifications.
