Retrofit Coordinators play a pivotal role in the UKs efforts to decarbonise its housing stock. Central to PAS 2035, the role protects homeowners and clients by managing projects in compliance with the standard. Retrofit coordinators manage the PAS 2035 process throughout a project. Crucially, they ensure compliance with procurement, specification and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit porjects.

Programme Description
Learner must reside legally in Wales and be aged 19 years old or over.
In addition, individuals must be:

employed (including Agency and Zero-hours contracts) or
-
self-employed or
-
full-time carers (incl. non-paid)
There is no funding wage cap for this course.
This course equips you with the skills and knowledge to complete major projects successfully, bringing all key roles involved with whole house retrofit under your direction. Once complete, you’ll be regarded as one of the most senior professionals on site.
This qualification is relevant for those who have experience of working in construction or the built environment.
After successful completion of this qualification learners could progress onto other courses such as the IEMA Pathways to Net Zero or the GQA Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Domestic Retrofit courses.
