Programme Description
Learner must reside legally in Wales and be aged 19 years old or over.
In addition, individuals must be:
-
employed (including Agency and Zero-hours contracts) or
-
self-employed or
-
full-time carers (incl. non-paid)
There is no funding wage cap for this course.
- Gain the professional qualification needed to assess and certify the energy performance of existing homes.
- Learn how to produce EPCs, required by law since 2008, which rate the energy efficiency of homes, similar to appliance energy ratings.
- Get an in-depth understanding of the EU Directive on Energy Performance of Buildings and how it impacts domestic properties.
