  1. Obtain a licence to practise and secure employment within various settings including schools, nurseries, daycare settings, Cylchoedd Meithrin, Flying Start, hospitals and care facilities. 
  2. Gain a promotion to a management position at work after completing a Level 3 apprenticeship.
